Rekindling The Fire of My Faith
November 10, 2008I’m excited of the things will happen in the coming days, since I’m pushing this calling through. Yesterday, we had our SOL 2 class started and I’m really looking forward to God’s move into my life. And on tuesday, I am going to start a cell group were I get to lead, exciting but I need God’s wisdom and anointing, without Him I can’t do it.
I made a commitment to the Lord that I will continue until the end of my time here on earth, I believe in His great love and power, nothing is above Him, I thank Him for the new life and for His promises that He will surely fulfill, He is the same yesterday, today, and always. To God be the glory.
Prayer Meeting
November 6, 2008I wanted to start a prayer meeting together with my closest classmates, and I’m glad they said yes. I wanted to really minister to them and hopefully we will grow together in Christ. We haven’t decided a day where we can commit ourselves to meet, I pray that it will officially resume next week. I pray for God’s grace and annointing that He will lead us and understand His Word, not on our own understanding but according to His wisdom. Thank you Lord! God Bless you all!
Joy Amidst Trials
October 15, 2008“1 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 2 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.” James 1:1-2 NIV
When we are facing trials, adversities and problems, initial reaction common to people are they complain ,murmur and some blame others for suffering. But good news to those who endure and continue to be joyful no matter how overwhelming problems may appear, because we will later develop the attitude of bieng patient.
SOL 1 Graduation
October 4, 2008Finally we’ll be graduating in SOL 1 tomorrow! I’m excited, but got nothing to wear, mmh. .formal attire. . . Oh no! But I know I don’t have to worry because God will provide. Thank you Lord! I’ll be posting my experience here tomorrow. I’m really excited! God Bless!
A Life Worth Dying For
September 11, 2008“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8 (NIV)
Surely there’s no greater love than this. I never felt this special before and never will I feel it from anybody except God. That through His only son dying on the, Jesus, redeemed the world. Image life now if Jesus resisted to die on the cross, we all going to suffer under God’s wrath. Because it is written in Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”, but read through the verses from verse 22 to 26, “This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ…”, take note of this words, “…to all who believe.”, you have to accept Christ first as your personal savior and King.
Our life is worth dying for, we are important to God, He longs for us and He longs for us to love Him back. Will you come back to Him? It’s your choice, but I encourage you to “Do not be Caught Dead Without Christ”. Friends heaven is real and so is hell, there is no other destination after life here on earth, its either in heaven with God or in hell with the enemy, Satan?
